At Script VIA, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products including website templates, plugins, scripts, graphics, and more. Since all our items are intangible and non-returnable, we follow a strict no-refund policy once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales on Script VIA are final. Once the product has been delivered or the download link has been accessed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Corrupt or broken file: If the downloaded file is incomplete or does not function as described, and the issue cannot be resolved.
Duplicate payment: If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once.
Non-delivery: If, due to technical issues, the download was never made available, and we are unable to manually deliver the file.
To request a refund under these conditions, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with proof and details of the issue.
Refunds will not be issued if:

You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use the item.
The item did not meet your expectations based on the description or demo.
You no longer need the product.
